Dr. Vaneet Bhatia holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and an MBA in Banking & Insurance from the University Institute of Applied Management Studies, Panjab University, where he graduated with third rank. He is a UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) awardee in Management, a SAS Base Certified Programmer, and has qualified the Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) examination.
With over nine years of experience spanning academia and industry, Dr. Bhatia brings a unique combination of scholarly depth and practical insight to his work. Before joining IIM Rohtak, he was a faculty member at the Jindal School of Banking & Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University, and previously served as a Probationary Officer at Vijaya Bank (now Bank of Baroda).
In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Bhatia has held several administrative positions, including Assistant Dean – Outreach, Assistant Dean – Research, Chairperson – Executive Education, and Area Chairperson – Finance & Accounting.
