Dr. Shatrughan Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the areas of HRM and OB at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Before joining IIM Rohtak, he has two and a half years of teaching experience at the School of Business, UPES Dehradun. 
He is a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB) and serves as the coordinator for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the Teaching & Education Special Interest Group (SIG) of AIB. Dr. Shatrughan has published research articles in several prestigious journals, including Personnel Review, Acta Psychologica, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Journal of Organizational Effectiveness. Also, he serves as a reviewer for various prestigious academic journals, like the Academy of Management Review (AMR), Applied Psychology, Current Psychology, International Journal of Management Reviews (IJMR), International Journal of Human Resource Management (IJHRM), Journal of Business Research, and Knowledge Management Research & Practice. 
He has also presented his research work at several national and international conferences, including the Indian Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and the Journal of Management Studies. Notably, he has had the privilege of visiting the University of Cambridge and Durham Business School, University of Durham, UK, where he participated in Professional Development Workshop and presented his research work at the Journal of Management Studies Academic Conference.
