Prior to joining IIM Rohtak, he worked as an assistant professor at School of Business, Galgotias University. He holds a PhD in Management (Finance & Accounting) from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology. He also has an industry experience of 15 months at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Corporation. He has earned his Master of Commerce from Banaras Hindu University and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi. His research has been published in high-impact, ABDC-listed journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, including International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Economic Studies, Qualitative Research in Financial Markets, and
Studies in Economics and Finance. He is also an active reviewer for reputable journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Studies, Studies in Economics and Finance, International Journal of Emerging Market, and Financial Innovation. His works reflect a commitment to advancing finance education and contributing to impactful research
