Dr. Madhurima Mishra is a faculty member in the area of Organizational behavior & Human resource management at IIM Rohtak. She has earned her PhD from IIM Rohtak. Before joining IIM Rohtak in the capacity of a faculty member, she has worked as an Assistant Professor at a reputed management institute for close to one year. Dr. Mishras research has been published in management journals of international repute, such as FT-50 and A*/A category journals listed in the ABDC list. She is also the recipient of the best doctoral paper award at the 6th PAN-IIM World Management Conference at IIM Bangalore and IME Doctoral Colloquium at IIT Kanpur in 2018. Further, she engages in executive education and has facilitated training sessions for Haryana Police, Indo Tibetan Border Police, Power Grid, Indian Oil Corporation Limited,Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, among others. Dr. Mishra has contributed to several government projects under the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affairs. She has also held various administrative responsibilities at IIM Rohtak, such as the positions of Chairperson, Hostel & Student Affairs and Chairperson, Doctoral Programme in Management.
