He has completed his PhD in the Decision Sciences Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. Prior to this, he was associated as a Research Scholar with Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi (IIT-BHU) for about a year, where he was entitled with the institute fellowship. He is the recipient of the University Gold Medal from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow for his outstanding performance during graduation (B.Tech. – Mechanical Engineering).
His research interests include data envelopment analysis, environmental performance evaluation, and transportation & sports management. His research papers and book chapters have been published or are under-review at esteemed journals of repute as Managerial & Decision Economics, Journal of Advanced Transportation, Journal of the Operational Research Society, and Expert Systems with Applications, among others. He has showcased his research at numerous international conferences, earning recognition with a Best Paper Award.
