Dr. Lubna Rashid Malik is a faculty member in the area of Organizational Behavior and
Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak. She
earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from IIM
Rohtak, where her work contributed to the field through publications in well-regarded, peer-
reviewed ABDC-listed journals.
Her academic work explores some of the most compelling questions in organizational
behavior, with a focus on abusive supervision, constructive deviance, and prosocial rule-
breaking. Through her research, Dr. Malik examines how individuals respond to leadership
styles, navigate organizational norms, and sometimes break rules for the greater good,
insights that enrich both theory and practice.
Dr. Malik has also worked on multiple government projects, including assignments with the
Ministry of Consumer Affairs and the Haryana Skill Development Mission. She holds an
MBA from Pune, which laid a strong foundation for her interest in understanding human
behavior in organizational settings.
