Ms. Meha Bhushan (IIM Rohtak)
PROFILE
Meha Bhushan is a Lecturer in Law at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, where her doctoral research examines the implementation of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act in light of Indias obligations under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, with particular focus on institutional effectiveness and access to justice for children. She holds LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from National Law University, Odisha, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. She has also qualified the UGC-NET in Law. Prior to joining IIM Rohtak, she taught core law subjects including Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law in legal academia. In addition to her academic roles, she has worked as an independent legal consultant specialising in criminal and family law and has also gained experience in legal compliance. Her scholarly work includes publications in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals, book chapters with national and international publishers, and presentations at national and international conferences. Her research and teaching interests include Criminal Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Gender Justice, and the intersection of law and technology, particularly in relation to child rights.
