Ms. Harmandeep Kaur (IIM Rohtak)

PROFILE

Ms. Harmandeep Kaur completed her LL.B. and LL.M. (specializing in Law, Science and Technology) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the same institution. with her doctoral research focusing on the Conjugal Rights of Prisoners. She has qualified the UGC-NET examination and has been awarded a National Fellowship. She has previously served as an Assistant Professor and has also been associated with the Northern India Institute of Fashion and Technology (NIIFT), Mohali, as a Faculty of Law. Her academic experience reflects a strong commitment to legal education, research, and scholarly engagement.Her research interests include prison reforms, prisoners rights, and the education of children with disabilities. She has authored several publications in reputed journals and has actively presented research papers at various national seminars and conferences.Her areas of expertise are Socio- Legal issues pertaining to women and children, Constitutional Law and Commercial Law.She is dedicated to advancing legal scholarship through rigorous research and meaningful academic contribution.
